Al Ahly has trashed ES Tunis 4-0 to advance in the Caf
Champions League final for a 2nd time in a row.
The Egyptian Red Devils would face Kaizer Chiefs on
Saturday, July 17, 2021. The match venue is in Morocco, at Stade Mohamed, which
is the home ground of Wydad Casablanca.
The Al Ahly coach, Pitso Mosimane, said they need to respect
Kaizer Chiefs. "We have to pay attentive details to them, they're a very
strong team in terms of organization. They do not give away goals easily. They
have not conceded a goal in their stadium. So, they are that kind of a team who
do not score a lot, but they can defeat you.
They defeated Simba with four goals, so we must respect them
because we did not score four goals against Simba. I can 'easily' speak about
Mamelodi Sundowns and Orlando Pirates, but Kaizer Chiefs ... Ahh, I can't speak
about them." Pitso said.
While Al Ahly would want to win their 10th Star, on the other side, Kaizer Chiefs are also
fighting to make a history by winning their 1st Caf Champions League
Finale.
